Our story begins over 30 years ago, when we purchased our first home. From the very beginning, we took pride in doing our own repairs and maintenance work. Over the years, every home we've lived in was a "fixer upper". We knew that paying someone else to do the work simply wasn't an option, so we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Evenually we would buy mulitple investment properties and we still maintain those to this day.  Throughout the last 30 years we've gained an intimate understanding of what it takes to make a home look great and maintain a property in excellent condition.
